We use the United States Postal Service to ship international orders. Shipping charges are based on actual order weight. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments to outside the USA.
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately via email email@example.com or call us at 972-481-8882 if you receive a defective item.
We do not offer exchange.
If you are not happy with the purchase, you can send it back for refund as long as item is in the original unused condition with original packaging material. Returned blankets, sheets must be free of dirt, mud, horse hair. We will refund you the final invoice price minus shipping charges (except for saddles see below). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of invoice with your returned item.
Saddles return policy:
You must contact us via email or call us to obtain return authorization and detailed return instruction for saddle returns. A minimum of 20% restocking charge will apply to all returned saddle. Saddles that have been used for riding and come back with mud, dirt, horsehair, creases on fenders are not considered new and can't be returned.
